Kapolri: 90,4% Masyarakat Senang dengan Penyelenggaraan Mudik Lebaran 2024

Kapolri Jenderal Listyo Sigit Prabowo disclosed the police operations’ activities in the year-end 2024 release. According to a survey by Indikator, the public satisfaction rate regarding the security measures during the Eid al-Fitr exodus (mudik lebaran) in 2024 reached 90.4%.

• Economic Impact: The successful security operation not only boosted the economy but also fostered investment cooperation. The 2024 Eid homecoming resulted in a circulation of Rp 369.8 trillion.

• Public Satisfaction: 90.4% of the populace expressed contentment with the Eid al-Fitr exodus handling.

• Operational Details: The National Police (Polri) conducted a total of 220 police operations throughout the year, comprising 8 centralized and 212 regional operations.

• International Cooperation:

• Anticipated investment cooperation exceeding Rp 200 trillion from successfully securing other international events.

• Investment Realization:

• Ongoing increase in investment realization since 2020. From January to September 2024, Indonesia saw investments worth Rp 1.261 trillion, surpassing the RPJMN target by 1.78%.

• Economic Recognition:

• Indonesia’s economic strength was further underscored by securing the 27th position in the World Competitiveness Ranking by the International Institute for Management Development, marking a 5-rank improvement.
